Small Group Benefit Plans 2+ Employees
Because I specialize in 2-5 employee groups, I prefer to work with Anthem Blue Cross for small group benefits.
Anthem Blue Cross offers two separate benefits portfolios for small businesses. Employee Elect, which consists of 17 standard health plans and BeneFits, a new low-cost alternative portfolio consisting of 6 plans including a Lumenos Plan. Both Employee Elect and BeneFits also offer Dental, Vision and Term Life Insurance options.
Employee Elect Portfolio (PPO, HMO, EPO, HSA)
Portfolio designed for standard group benefits
Choice of 16 health plans
Ability to offer some or all of the plans at employer's choice
Higher end plans with equivalent pricing $$$
BeneFits Portfolio (Simple Design, Low Cost)
Portfolio designed for businesses with employees who are looking for low-cost health benefits. The BeneFits portfolio is designed for small businesses with a small budget wishing to provide group health, dental and/or vision benefits. $
