Kaiser Permanente Healthcare offers programs for individuals & families and small businesses in California.
Individual & Family Plans
Kaiser offers seven individual & family plans for California residents who live within a Kaiser service area
Plans include:
- $1500 Deductible HMO Plan
- $500 Deductible HMO Plan
- $25 Copay HMO Plan
- $50 Copay HMO Plan (this plan has no Rx coverage)
Newly added three HSA plans from Kaiser for 2007:
- $0/$2700 HSA Plan
- $30/$2700 HSA Plan
- $0/$1500 HSA Plan

Small Business Plans From Kaiser Permanente
In addition to standard group enrollments, Kaiser will allow Sole Proprietor enrollments (spousal for those not filing a DE-6) under the following conditions:
- Copy of business license showing name of both spouses (if available that way), 2 employee applications and one employer application
- If both spouses not on business license, then copy of business license, copy of schedule C and 1040 forms showing both spouses names, 2 employee applications and one employer application
Kaiser offers the following fourteen small business plans for groups 2-50 within Kaiser servicing areas:
- $5/$15/$20/$30/$50 Copay Only HMO Plans
- $30/$1500, $30/$1000, $40/$1000 Deductible Plans
- $30/$2700, $0/$2700, $0/$1500 HSA Compatible Plans
- $30/$2500, $30/$1500 HRA Plans
- $35 POS Plan
