Pre-65 Medicare Supplements
For those going onto Medicare before age 65, Anthem Blue Cross offers several options for a Medicare supplement plan.
Freedom Blue PPO (Regional) MAPD
The Freedom Blue PPO is a regional Medicare Advantage plan (MAPD) available both pre- and post-65.
Freedom Blue PPO Plan 1 features $0 monthly premium with comprehensive coverage and $1,125 annual deductible. This plan includes prescription drug coverage Part D.
Freedom Blue PPO Plan 2 features $50 monthly premium with comprehensive coverage and $600 annual deductible. This plan includes prescription drug coverage Part D as part of the monthly premium.

Pre-65 Medicare Supplement Plans (Traditional)
Pre-65 Claimfree Plan A
Standard A Plan covers basic benefits with average montly premium $329 statewide pre-65. This plan does not include any prescription drug coverage and you must purchase a separate Part D plan if you desire prescriptioin drug benefits.
Pre-65 Plan C
Standard C Plan average monthly premium No. California $205 and So. California $217-$230.
Pre-65 Plan F
Standard F Plan covers all standard F benefits including basic benefits. Average monthly premium No. California $241 and So. California $268-$285 depending on home zip code. This plan does not include any prescription drug coverage and you must purchase a separate Part D plan if you desire prescriptioin drug benefits.
Pre-65 Plan J
Standard Plan J features full benefits including all basic benefits of a plan J. Monthly premium for the Pre-65 Plan J is $412.00 statewide.
